No star worth

No star worth. I was waiting for 1,5 months for a return confirmation and after 1,5 they are telling me that the item has been marked. The item is waiting for 1,5 month in a warehouse and they want me to believe that I returned a marked item. They are blaming me because they don’t want to give my money back. Such a shame for such a brand

The customer service is ridiculously…

The customer service is ridiculously awful, and I honestly don’t feel like coming back for Alexandra Wang because of this unreliable CS team.

I ordered a dress from alexander wang…

I ordered a dress from alexander wang at £650 I then had to pay nearly another £100 to return it to Hong Kong my dress was refunded but not the shipping cost, this is disgraceful

Horrible costumer service

Horrible costumer service, no phone number that you can call, no returning emails .
Ordered mini Attica funny bag I returned it next day it’s Have been 15 days since they received my return but still no refund or any email regarding my refund . I sent 3 email already no responds . I paid over $600 for the item now I don’t have the item or my money back . It’s the worse costumer service that I ever deal with. Don’t order online unless you 100% sure you not going to return it. I would never think that company like Alexander wang is such a scam .

My experience with the customer service…WAS HORRENDOUS

My experience with the customer service serving New York was horrible. It’s a shame that a company that charges so expensive for its products treats their customers so poorly. I will not be purchasing anything from this label again. They originally offered me a 10% discount on the ball chain fanny bag which retailed for $695. Within a day the price of bag was increased to $795. I asked if they could honor the original price since I wasn’t advised that price was going up. Customer Service reps Bee & Kristin, as well as Vice President of Global Retail/Cole all refused to honor the discount and price they originally offered. I Hope I receive a phone call from anyone above these employees so that I can make an official complaint. The email wherein I am to review how they did was conveniently removed. The customer service provided by all three was horrible. When a company provides such poor customer service they don’t deserve my business. I won’t be purchasing from the brand.

Terrible Customer Service with Faulty Boots

Beautiful products- until they go wrong. I bought a pair of £600 boots with a “floating heel “ where the heel is supported by a metal post so it looks as if it is separate to the shoe. The metal post started sinking into the heel after 6 wears. I have contacted Alexander Wang 8 times now with no resolution. They keep telling me that the enquire has been referred to their repair department. Hardly the premium service I would expect for a premium product & price.

Real Wang site

I have ordered several boots on sale and a few hard to find clothing items. I often shop on the site and call the store and have them send me the items. I am a wang head from back in the day when he had one shop in New York and I called them to send me things. They have the best sales!
